📋 Description

• Support ongoing product development by intake and assessment of new business requests • Assess impacts of changes and prioritize and sequence the scrum team backlog • Partner with scrum teams to prepare, execute, and deliver work across a 2-week sprint cadence • Partner with Product Owners on roadmap and release plan development • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to provide technical solutions • Represent the sales team’s systems, tools, and processes within the product organization • Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities • Assist with business process redesign and documentation • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage specification changes • Maintain knowledge of business and technical functionality within product offerings • Provide consultative assistance by analyzing problems, opportunities, and solutions • Write user stories, maintain the delivery team backlog, and collaborate in Agile ceremonies • Document stories and establish shared understanding within the team • Anticipate, quantify, and resolve requirements-related problems and issues • Communicate with clients and stakeholders using data process models to clarify and validate requirements • Address system functionality issues and support implementation of required changes • Serve as conduit between customer communities and the software development team • Partner with Product & Solutions Leads to develop specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts • Serve as main point of contact for the Agile delivery team regarding business or functional questions, impediments, and dependencies • Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or management information systems with a minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, or equivalent • Equivalent combinations of experience and education are considered • Demonstrated experience in a business analysis role within an Agile delivery environment • Ability to turn abstract concepts or problems into tactical delivery approaches • Ability to partner with Product and Technology to prioritize and sequence work • Proven leadership and communication skills • Critical thinking, information evaluation, conflict reconciliation, decomposition, abstraction, and identification of underlying business needs • Experience working side by side with development and testing teams • Management and maintenance of requirements traceability • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, and SharePoint • Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry experience or knowledge is preferred • Experience with Jira to create work items and collaborate with Agile delivery teams is preferred • Experience developing and customizing requirements, process, and design documentation is preferred • Experience leading demonstrations of tested software to end users is preferred • Experience performing requirements, design, and testing activities is preferred • Understanding of system architecture and interest in development strategy • Experience with service-oriented architecture and functional documentation is preferred • Must be flexible on schedule and hours • Some travel may be required
