đź“‹ Description

• Manage, coach, develop, direct, and lead a high-performing team of Case Managers • Educate patients and families on product access and reimbursement processes • Support therapy delivery, patient access, and ongoing therapy compliance as appropriate • Ensure the team meets contractual obligations • Design programs and training content to motivate team members • Conduct performance reviews and reward positive behavior • Coach, counsel, and set goals for supervisors • Provide day-to-day instructions and resolve work-related issues • Support associate growth and development • Participate in hiring and termination processes • Develop, design, and conduct Train the Trainer programs • Provide positive and constructive feedback throughout the organization • Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes • Ensure open communication with program support • Translate organizational strategies into assigned goals • Identify, receive, and triage client requests and issues • Proactively identify program issues and propose solutions • Maintain positive client rapport • Understand billing processes and contractual obligations • Participate in budget planning • Ensure program quality and compliance with SOPs • Design project task plans and standard operating procedures • Develop and maintain program SOPs, work instructions, and job aids • Analyze reports and tactical issue progress for trends and recommendations • Report adverse events in alignment with training and SOPs • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry • Minimum 4+ years reimbursement management experience • Minimum 3+ years direct people management experience • Minimum 2+ years cell/gene therapy experience • Minimum 2+ years experience/exposure to pediatric patients and caregivers • Bachelor's Degree in general business, health sciences, public policy, or another related field preferred • Licensed social worker, patient advocacy, or equivalent experience preferred • Ability to travel overnight up to 20% of the time within all territories (East, Central, Mountain, Pacific) • Schedule flexibility to provide backup coverage for program operations and Case Manager responsibilities • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, and operational policies and processes • Proven ability to appropriately escalate issues to management • Healthcare research and analysis skills supporting payer research, healthcare policy library, and state management • Demonstrated player/coach mindset with willingness to answer calls, work cases, and rotate late-shift coverage • Demonstrated ability to be a primary client contact • Ability to set program goals and work independently • Ability to sit regularly and occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds • Must be flexible on schedule and hours
