📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations across multiple accounts, ensuring quality and compliance • Hire, train, and schedule employees • Manage contracts, budgets, payroll, performance evaluations, recruitment, and retention • Enforce internal policies and procedures • Foster a collaborative work environment and lead front-line teams • Partner with leadership to exceed contractual obligations • Enhance customer service through policy and protocol review and enforcement • Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation • Maintain communication with clients, staff, and business units • Collaborate with Medical Client Leads to resolve client-driven issues • Plan and facilitate regular client meetings and reviews • Refine presentations and address personnel and service issues • Support timely client invoicing by providing necessary information • Implement strategies to create a positive work culture • Develop and execute plans to attract and select candidates • Partner with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient schedules • Mentor and guide team members • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts • Facilitate regular meetings with team leaders and front-line teams • Inspire and motivate staff through exceptional leadership • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to operational challenges • Participate in periodic on-camera presence for the remote position

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of direct experience managing employees • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare preferred • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred • Strong financial literacy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills • Ability to work EST/CST hours • Ability to participate in periodic on-camera presence • Ability to be accessible for phone and video calls
