📋 Description

• Establish and maintain executive-level partnerships across business and technology functions • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, develop business cases, define success measures, and realize business outcomes • Own business analysis strategy and execution across multiple programs, portfolios, and enterprise initiatives • Provide strategic oversight for Epics, Features, and requirements artifacts throughout their lifecycle • Lead complex requirements discovery, analysis, facilitation, and modeling across multiple business domains • Advise leadership on prioritization, funding, resource allocation, value measurement, and portfolio tradeoffs • Review business cases, contracts, architectural artifacts, and program deliverables for strategic, operational, and compliance alignment • Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations • Establish estimates, funding assumptions, business value metrics, and outcome measures for large-scale initiatives • Identify and manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, issues, and decision points • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations • Guide leaders in evaluating business impacts, solution alternatives, tradeoffs, and organizational change implications • Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies • Establish, govern, and improve business analysis methodologies, standards, tools, templates, and best practices • Lead and support transformation initiatives, organizational change efforts, mergers and acquisitions, and modernization programs • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Business Analysts, Business Operations professionals, and project teams • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business insights, and program outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders • Perform other job-related duties as requested • Work in a general office environment; travel is not typically required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, although equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Seven (7) years of progressive business analysis, requirements management, or related experience required • Relevant payer industry experience required • Specific business domain knowledge and experience, including regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, required • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent business requirements management tools • Experience with software development processes, including hybrid/agile, required • Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements management practices, SDLCs, and enterprise delivery frameworks • Exceptional strategic thinking, systems analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Executive-level communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams, programs, and enterprise initiatives • Expertise in business case development, investment analysis, ROI evaluation, and value realization • Advanced knowledge of healthcare payer operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards • Ability to establish standards, governance processes, and organizational best practices • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and automation technologies • Ability to analyze and interpret complex operational, financial, and performance data • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, mergers and acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives • IIBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, and/or Agile, Lean, SAFe certifications preferred
