📋 Description

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls • Support Benchmarking & Survey Management, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data • Work with IT consultancy and business units to develop and understand business cases and requirements for technology-related business problems • Conduct detailed interviews with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical resources • Define and construct effective functional requirements • Create user-friendly business process mappings of complex systems and workflows • Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate business requirements • Assist with business relationship management, business strategy and planning, and portfolio/demand management • Maintain productive relationships with peers, management, business functions, and external partners • Potentially travel and perform duties in a normal office environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field • Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems including business applications analysis • Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio Technology Business Management (TBM) Studio • Working knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles • Demonstrated TBM and Apptio experience, including configuration, cost transparency, planning, reporting, and financial management activities • Ability to assess Apptio enhancements, AI insights, automation, and platform features • Ability to interpret, compare, and summarize benchmark and survey results • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to understand business direction, goals, and IT system implications • Attention to detail in functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates, plans, and project tracking • Ability to write effective presentations and documentation • Ability to share knowledge, document processes, support platform enablement, and apply TBM and Apptio best practices • Ability to mentor junior team members and delegate tasks • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong judgment and creativity in solving complex or ambiguous problems • Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex problems • No licensure, registration, or certification required • No relocation, sponsorship, or visa transfer
