📋 Description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business goals • Review project artifacts to ensure alignment with business objectives • Identify, sequence, create, and maintain Epics throughout their lifecycle • Operate cross-functionally across teams to coordinate updates for Epics and Features • Lead teams in complex requirements elicitation efforts using advanced facilitation techniques • Ensure comprehensive requirements documentation and traceability • Champion initiatives for process improvement and innovation • Collaborate with executive leadership and other departments • Prepare and present detailed reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is required • Master’s degree is preferred • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management is required • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent suite of business requirements management tools • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio • Demonstrated mastery of business analysis principles, process, and applications/elicitation tools
