📋 Description

• Conduct complex root cause analysis on obscure business problems, synthesize insights, and develop clear recommendations • Develop and deliver executive-focused presentations as needed • Own project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management • Develop trainings, standard operating processes, and tracking capabilities for field leaders • Provide analytical and project support for internal strategy consulting and Design for the Future initiatives • Support rollout and execution of strategy initiatives • Handle consistent and ad-hoc requests in a fluid environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related quantitative field required • 4+ years of successful experience in analytical and project management roles • Proven track record developing strategies to solve complex business problems • Experience creating and structuring data frameworks • Experience pulling data from disparate systems to generate analytical insights • Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting information and data accurately • Demonstrated ability to build consensus, lead workstreams, and drive project progress • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to interface with all organizational levels • Strong written and oral presentation skills, including presenting to senior management • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access or equivalent analytical software • SQL is a plus • Strategy consultancy or corporate strategy experience preferred • Distribution, retail, CPG, or related industry experience preferred
