📋 Description

• Support, enhance, and implement software applications used within the organization • Oversee and direct intermediate-scale projects or components of large-scale projects • Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate project resources • Identify opportunities to improve and enhance business practices through technology • Liaise with customers, end users, IT personnel, and software vendors • Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs • Develop detailed test cases, execute tests, and share results for approval • Collaborate with developers to develop solutions and provide cost and time estimates • Perform longer-term analysis and design of systems and hardware • Serve as primary liaison for Enrollment and Eligibility processes, focusing on EDI 834 file exchanges • Elicit requirements for onboarding and maintaining EDI 834 transactions • Analyze, map, and document data flows, business processes, and system interfaces • Review and validate inbound and outbound EDI 834 files • Manage and support projects using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies • Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting • Identify and mitigate operational and technological risks • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for enrollment systems and EDI integrations • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners • Identify process improvement and innovation opportunities • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, data accuracy, and workflows • Evaluate project team performance and ensure objectives, targets, and timelines are met • Oversee new enrollment-related solutions and assess their impact • Create and distribute monthly performance and operational analysis reports using Tableau, Excel, and other analytic tools • Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends regarding EDI 834, HIPAA, and member enrollment • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a field such as Computer Science, Business, Technical, Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required) • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of relevant experience may be considered • 4 years of relevant experience (Required) • Must have experience working in SQL • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred) • Nice to have experience working in Salesforce, QNXT, Edifecs • Knowledge of EDI 834, member enrollment, member eligibility, HIPAA, health plans, reporting, and queries
