📋 Description

• Maintain the integrity of WWF’s CRM database • Oversee all automated Fundraising Operations data processing • Design, implement, and manage file imports and layouts using BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM • Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders • Develop solutions and strategies to improve operational efficiency and align with existing systems and integrations • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Fundraising Operations special projects, software upgrades, and implementations • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations communicating system, process, and configuration changes • Create and maintain business process documentation for change management and training • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to gift administration and process optimization • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue processing and gift administration goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector • CRM database and high-volume data processing experience required • Experience with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader strongly desired • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate strongly desired • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset • Demonstrated track record of driving results and delivering value through process improvement initiatives • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Commitment to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion • Alignment with WWF’s core values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
