📋 Description

• Analyze data into, out of, and within CareSource in support of Encounters Revenue and Remediation efforts • Identify and quantify organizational data issues and assist with plans to resolve Claims Encounters data issues • Guide, mentor, and instruct junior staff during Claims Encounters data analysis • Support regular Claims Encounters data management processes and ad hoc data requests • Support internal, State and Federal, and fiscal agent data requests • Monitor encounter data quality submitted to regulatory agencies • Verify Claims Encounters data accuracy within source systems • Maintain Analytic Systems data dictionaries • Develop, document, and perform testing and validation • Assist with ETL development, documentation, and testing • Work with SMEs to develop data transformation business rules • Facilitate discussions between end users and data modelers • Perform other requested job duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required • Minimum six (6) years of experience in data analysis or equivalent analytic experience required • Experience in data mapping required • Experience with Pharmacy and/or Medical Claims/Encounters data analytics required • Healthcare experience preferred • Proven understanding of database relationships • Proven programming skills emphasizing data mining and manipulation • Advanced MS Excel and/or Access • SQL experience required • SAS experience preferred • Tableau/Power BI experience preferred • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Critical listening and thinking skills • Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service skills • SAS certifications preferred • SQL certifications preferred
