📋 Description

• Conducting complex patient revenue analyses, executing rate calculations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. • Transforming clinical and financial data into actionable insights. • Supporting contract and reimbursement-related analysis. • Partnering cross-functionally to identify revenue optimization opportunities. • Conducting monthly and quarterly variance analysis across patient revenue components. • Conducting variance analyses on actuals vs. forecast/budget, highlighting drivers and recommending corrective actions. • Executing patient revenue rate calculations to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. • Collaborating with Clinical Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to identify revenue leakage, quantify impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while providing accurate, reliable, high-quality work • Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results • Ability to effectively communicate at all personnel levels based on the information required at each level • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion with respect to dissemination of information • Detail oriented; able to keep key personnel on task regardless of their position in the organization • Keen sense of awareness about identifying potential challenges, risk issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview • Education/Experience • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance or Data Science required. • 4 years of experience related to healthcare revenue (multi-site multi-payer) required. • Experience related to large, complicated data set analysis required. • Accounting, Finance or RCM knowledge is a plus.
