📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day, short-term, and long-term information security risks within risk tolerance and approved policies, procedures, and limits • Measure, monitor, and report on information security risks • Review and report on vendor/third-party risk to support vendor risk management activities • Engage staff and vendors to develop information security risk mitigation plans from vendor risk reviews • Monitor and report on risk mitigation plans to ensure timely execution • Engage employees in information security risk management and communicate accountabilities • Assess and report policy, procedure, and limit exceptions to management • Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management office to align information risk management policies and guidance • Contribute input to operational department goals • Act as technical expert in the functional domain • Recommend technical advancements to improve CareSource customer and partner experiences • Perform other job-related instructions as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience required • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently and in a team-oriented environment • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes • Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Working technical knowledge/experience in IT Audit • Working technical knowledge/experience in application, server, and network security • Working technical knowledge/experience monitoring security events and supporting incident response activities • Working technical knowledge/experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance • Working technical knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office • Working technical knowledge/experience in access management/authentication and authorization • Working technical knowledge/experience in security monitoring • Working technical knowledge/experience in data encryption • Working technical knowledge/experience in computer networking • Working technical knowledge/experience in security internet protocols (SSL, IPSEC, TCP/IP) • Working technical knowledge/experience with Windows Operating System • Working technical knowledge/experience in project management • CRISC or SSCP preferred • CISSP preferred • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods
