📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities based on assignment • Perform evidence-based research on EPSDT to understand completion barriers and evidence-based interventions • Collaborate with key business owners to understand current business processes • Review internal and external data to understand year-over-year performance for key measures • Analyze data to understand characteristics of non-compliant populations, including SDOH • Develop insights and recommendations from data review and analysis • Present findings to business partners and leadership • Determine targeted member interventions and solutions to improve EPSDT metrics • Understand how AI can enhance metrics and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable, flexible and able to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
