📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources • Perform statistical analyses and generate actionable insights from healthcare data • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation and maintenance practices • Develop and apply basic machine learning models to identify patterns and predict outcomes • Build and implement deep learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions • Develop predictive models and tools to improve healthcare outcomes and support data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without any future need for employer-sponsored work authorization • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in a data-focused role, including internship experience • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling • Knowledge of healthcare datasets or standards such as FHIR and ICD-10 is a plus • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn • Must work physically within the United States; international work is not permitted during scheduled work hours • Reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace • Windows 10 or later or macOS 14 Sonoma or later; no Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor on Windows, or Apple Silicon on Mac • 16 GB RAM • Wired headphones required; built-in microphones are not permitted • Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload internet speeds • Ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router • Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces • Webcam required for video calls
