📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care through scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits • Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits • Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations • Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring • Assess patient conditions and review medications • Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations • Build strong patient rapport through effective communication • Accurately document medical records in the EHR system • Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements • Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates • Collaborate with the virtual care team to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified for Physicians (MD/DO) • Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states for Physicians • Medicare participating physician, or willing to become one • Active, unrestricted NP license for Nurse Practitioners • Experience providing preventative and/or primary care • Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms • Comfort conducting phone and video consultations • Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems • Availability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling needs • Must become CMS credentialed within the practice, if applicable • Windows or Apple (macOS) computer only; no Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones • Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma minimum • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor on Windows, or Apple Silicon on Mac • 16 GB RAM • Wired headphones required; built-in microphones are not accepted • Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload • Ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router • Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces • Webcam required for video calls • Reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private home-office workspace
