📋 Description

• Direct master planning, material requirements planning, and production planning for teams assigned to production locations within the Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers and Edible Oils businesses • Ensure integration of manufacturing plans, processes, and programs • Oversee master production, production scheduling, and material requirements planning across a large network • Develop strategies from the Integrated Business Planning Planning Process for short-term planning, production, and material requirements over a 0–12 week horizon • Monitor supply and demand, identify inventory gaps, and prioritize critical customer demand • Monitor late production, inventory stockouts, supply delays, and logistics or transportation disruptions • Align priorities with plant supply chain, supply and inventory, operations, FSQR, procurement, sales, product line management, and transportation leadership • Oversee the S&OE formal process and address near-term shortages, revenue opportunities, priorities, constraints, and decisions • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment • Lead and develop experienced professionals and supervisors, including coaching and talent management decisions • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to align staff selections with current and future needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of six years of related work experience • Ability to travel up to 20% • Master's degree preferred • Ten years of experience with at least five in material requirements planning, master production planning, or production scheduling preferred • Three years of supervisory experience preferred • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
