📋 Description

• Review and provide timely, accurate, and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis for an assigned business group or function • Translate financial metrics into insights that improve decision-making, performance, and business growth • Perform financial evaluations of new business development opportunities • Develop ad hoc analyses and complex models, including cost-of-services and associated trend analysis • Lead data and technology improvements supporting standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Prepare complex financial reports and presentations for business teams and partners • Build partnerships with cross-functional finance teams to support finance strategy and business goals • Develop and implement tools, benchmarking, models, and reporting to ensure accurate and transparent insights • Manage key financial risks and support integrated business planning, forecasting, and operating reviews • Monitor performance against strategic decisions through financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation • Coordinate commercial conversations, review stakeholder inputs, and prepare quantitative summaries for senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis • Experience with complex financial modeling, scenario planning, valuation, and KPI evaluation • Ability to develop and implement financial tools, models, benchmarking, and reporting • Ability to analyze financial and non-financial trends and business performance • Ability to prepare financial presentations and quantitative summaries • Ability to coordinate stakeholder inputs and support senior team decision-making
