Cari Network is a permissioned, blockchain-based payments and settlement platform that issues tokenized deposits called "Cari"—digital tokens representing U. 📋 Description

• Support requirements definition for key platform product areas from problem definition through release • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and retire outdated tickets • Reconcile designs, requirements, and implementation and drive discrepancies to resolution • Plan and run user acceptance testing and track defects through closure • Analyze product and usage data to support prioritization • Conduct user research and partner interviews • Produce integration guides, release notes, and test scenarios for partner banks • Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance • Evaluate the competitive landscape and emerging trends in digital payments and blockchain • Comply with Cari information security policies and complete required security awareness training • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Cari systems and data

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-time professional experience in product management or a comparable role • Exceptional writing and ability to produce clearly written, well-organized professional documents • Analytical fluency, including aggregating and analyzing data and defending prioritization decisions with data • Ability to learn product and collaboration tools quickly, such as Linear, Notion, and Figma • Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences • U.S.-based • Ability to travel up to 10% • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Bachelor's degree
