📋 Description

• Assist with and perform application system analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation • Provide application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting • Conduct application design analysis, plan implementations, and maximize application benefits • Develop working knowledge of assigned applications and related development and maintenance tools • Assist with issue resolution, track issues, and provide updates to peers, leadership, and clients under supervision • Support assigned tasks and projects and meet deadlines under supervision • Assist with requirements gathering and develop understanding of client business needs, organizational structure, and supported applications • Develop reference materials, status reports, and documentation for supported applications and related technologies • Participate in department initiatives and processes and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment • Track work effort, including time, task, project, incident, and enhancement details, and communicate work status promptly • Participate in an on-call rotation during business hours, after hours, weekends, and holidays under supervision • Provide occasional travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business, or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree • No prior experience required • Obtain and maintain a minimum of one vendor and/or industry certification or proficiency as determined by management • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, oral, written, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines • Dependability, accountability, curiosity, adaptability, continuous learning, appropriate escalation, and adherence to departmental processes and documentation standards • Awareness of clinical and compliance impacts and respect for confidential information • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and develop understanding of Bimodal work principles • Availability for primary business hours Monday through Friday, potentially including weekends and holidays • Ability to provide after-hours on-call coverage • Willingness to travel occasionally
