📋 Description
• Perform data entry related to logistics incidents • Follow up with transportation carriers by email and phone • Follow up with clients by email and phone • Gather and organize documentation supporting incidents under review • Summarize information and convey key facts concisely • Review open incidents and use corrective action plans to drive closure • Identify and review trends in the client’s marketplace • Participate in and lead materials shared on conference calls • Support a global supply-chain incident-management team
🎯 Requirements
• Experience using Excel • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Microsoft SharePoint • Associate's degree or comparable work experience • Highly organized • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills • Concise communication skills over email and phone • Ability to influence individuals • Ability to prioritize workload • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
