📋 Description

• Own delivery and iterative improvement of product experiences supporting caregivers and enterprise partners • Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping it clean, prioritized, and outcome-focused • Support writing feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead refinement, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to unblock work, clarify requirements, and escalate tradeoffs • Ensure releases include adoption enablement such as release notes, internal communications, and lightweight training • Lead feature-level discovery and validation • Review customer insights from interviews, support tickets, Customer Success/Sales feedback, and usage data • Define and validate problems before proposing solutions through hypotheses and lightweight research plans • Collaborate with design on journey mapping, prototypes, and usability feedback loops • Size feature-level opportunities by impact, effort, risks, and dependencies • Communicate progress, timelines, and decisions to internal stakeholders • Partner with cross-functional teams to align features with employer/member needs and go-to-market readiness • Support quarterly and biannual roadmap planning and propose sequenced feature bets • Communicate learnings and tradeoff rationales clearly and early

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of previous work experience in product management as an Associate Product Manager or Owner role • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Additional certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus • Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog • Analytical and decisive, with the ability to assess challenges or roadblocks and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams • Direct or indirect experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is valuable but not required • Experience experimenting with AI tools in a professional, academic, or personal setting, with ability to articulate applications for solving problems or streamlining tasks • Commitment to exceptional service • Strategic thinking and experience bringing product ideas from concept to reality • Strong problem-solving and influential leadership abilities • Self-motivated learning style and ability to quickly establish expertise with new products or services • Flexibility and openness to change in a high-growth environment • Authorization to work in the United States
