📋 Description

• Build and scale internal AI capabilities supporting Revenue Operations • Define and execute plans to improve internal AI products for sales execution, forecasting, deal governance, proposals, and enablement workflows • Own prioritization, scope, sequencing, and delivery timelines for AI capabilities, enhancements, and experiments • Use data-driven insights to determine what to build, when to deliver, and how to right-size AI solutions • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, progress, risks, and expected value to RevOps and senior leadership • Apply product and user-experience principles to drive adoption, trust, quality, and productivity • Develop subject-matter expertise in RevOps domains through stakeholder discovery, workflow analysis, usage data, and performance outcomes • Align engineers, data teams, product leaders, and RevOps stakeholders to move initiatives from concept through production and sustained use • Define, track, and report AI initiative metrics, including adoption, accuracy, time saved, process efficiency, deal quality, and revenue impact • Monitor post-release AI performance and iterate based on usage, effectiveness, and business impact • Incorporate feedback from Sales, Enablement, Proposal, and Operations teams into roadmap and solution decisions • Preserve confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Ensure employee and customer data privacy and complete required privacy training

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in an operational environment • Experience working with or alongside AI/ML systems, including predictive models, recommendation engines, NLP/LLM-based solutions, workflow automation, or AI agents • Familiarity with AI product concepts, including model limitations, data quality and labeling, prompt design, evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI • Working knowledge of agile product development practices, including Scrum and Lean • Strong organizational and quantitative analytical skills • Technical depth to collaborate with engineers and data teams and understand tradeoffs between model performance, cost, latency, and scalability • Strong communication skills for technical teams, RevOps stakeholders, and senior leaders • Ability to break down complex AI initiatives into sequenced increments • Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Ability to meet Granicus information security and data privacy responsibilities
