📋 Description

• Manage customer accounts within an assigned territory • Utilize consulting and DMAIC principles to support customer operations and efficiencies • Provide on-call consulting and troubleshooting services on the Plasma Support line • Provide product and technical leadership and sales support for customers • Train customers in the proper use of Fresenius Kabi products • Conduct training classes for instrument operators and perform periodic assessments and retraining • Conduct technical training for self-service customers in a classroom setting • Work with sales and marketing to develop and launch new products and drive product acceptance and sales • Work one-on-one with customers in the field to support troubleshooting and mechanical skills • Assist Account Management consultants with national account responsibilities • Provide input on product and service offerings • Advise plasma center managers on industry best practices • Install plasmapheresis devices and support new customers; installation may exceed 20% of the role • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management System requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a leadership position in Biologics or Plasma • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneDrive • Ability to travel extensively, greater than 75% • Ability to lift 60 lbs. • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical instrumentation • Ability to educate others • Knowledge and understanding of the Plasma and Blood Bank industries • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and quality environment in the Plasma and Blood Bank industries • Must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable
