📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for pathology workflows • Conduct comprehensive onsite and virtual pathology workflow assessments • Partner with pathology laboratories to improve specimen management and laboratory workflow efficiency • Develop consultative recommendations to improve specimen quality and operational performance • Collaborate with Commercial teams to assess customer operational needs • Build and maintain relationships with pathology laboratory leadership • Lead onsite customer engagements and operational reviews with laboratory leadership • Monitor customer progress following implementation and recommend corrective actions • Develop and deliver educational programs for pathology personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related STEM discipline • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pathology operations, laboratory operations, healthcare consulting, or related healthcare environment • Demonstrated experience conducting customer-facing workflow assessments • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio • Ability to travel extensively to support onsite customer engagements • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
