📋 Description

• Develop and prepare standard and ad hoc financial, operational, and performance reports • Evaluate accounting workflows, journal entry processes, reconciliations, reporting activities, and related business processes • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, external vendors, and operational stakeholders • Support Accounting and Finance projects through project tracking, communication, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination • Participate in user acceptance testing, business process validation, and data review for system enhancements, upgrades, new functionality, and process changes • Maintain process documentation, procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials • Research accounting and finance operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions • Gather business requirements and evaluate opportunities for technology, automation, and process redesign

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting background required • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Accounting, or Finance • Ability to develop standard and ad hoc financial, operational, and performance reports • Ability to evaluate accounting workflows, journal entry processes, reconciliations, reporting activities, and related business processes • Ability to collaborate with Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, external vendors, and operational stakeholders • Ability to support project tracking, communication, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination • Experience or ability to participate in user acceptance testing, business process validation, and data review • Ability to maintain process documentation, procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials • Ability to research accounting and finance operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions • Ability to gather business requirements and evaluate technology, automation, and process redesign opportunities
