• Work closely with Sales Teams (SDRs/Account Executives/Account Managers) in all facets of the sales process. • Proactively use research, lead databases, and prospecting tools to find potential customers who fit the target profile based on territory focus. • Execute on various outbound lead generation campaigns via email & cold calling. • Engage and qualify responses. • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. • Utilize Salesforce to establish active communication and engagement with prospects and to generate new opportunities. • Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers. • Report results to the Manager of Sales Development on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. • Attend product training and develop an understanding of our product offerings. • Collaborate with sales teams, bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings. • Handle inbound leads, when directed by Manager and Account Executives. • Assist with sales projects and campaign activities, as needed. • Be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats to support the needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing company. • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Education, preferred • 1-2 years of sales and/or classroom experience preferred • Experience with leveraging a CRM tool to guide day-to-day activities preferred • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently over phone and email • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments, functions, cultures and time zones • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills • Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills • Creative mindset that can identify solutions and adapt quickly to change • Proficiency with computers and programs, including Salesforce, Zoom, Excel and Google Drive.
