📋 Description

• Respond in a timely manner to inbound marketing leads • Educate and nurture prospects to progress qualified leads to the sales team • Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to quickly assess needs and transition opportunities to sales • Utilize a proactive, strategic sales approach and develop creative outreach techniques to engage prospects in deeper sales conversations • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned Truven solutions, including healthcare data, analytics, and insights, along with an understanding of the competitive landscape • Complete daily documentation of client and prospect activities in Salesforce.com and Gong • Maintain or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads created, opportunities launched, and progression through noticed, identified, validated, and qualified stages

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or outbound sales • Motivated by sales and interested in healthcare data, analytics, and technology • Coachable, resilient, and curious mindset • Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 • Previous experience using Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, 6sense and Gong • Ability to quickly assess an organization’s needs and personalize outreach accordingly • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
