📋 Description
• Support the design, build, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Epic MyChart functionality • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve patient engagement • Troubleshoot system issues and support break/fix resolution in MyChart workflows • Participate in system upgrades and optimization initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on MyChart or patient portal functionality • Active Epic MyChart certification required • Experience supporting Epic build, configuration, and optimization within MyChart or related Epic access applications • Experience working in large healthcare environments and supporting enterprise-level patient engagement initiatives
