📋 Description

• The Associate Director of Program Management leads the Global PMO responsible for driving large-scale, cross-regional NPI programs. • This role manages and develops a team of program and project managers, providing coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to strengthen delivery capability and organizational maturity. • They ensure complex global programs are executed predictably, on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business outcomes while promoting standardized processes, strong communication, and a culture of continuous improvement. • Working closely with senior leaders, they help prioritize global work, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles so teams can stay focused and deliver high-impact results at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree. • 10+ years experience in Program Management leading project teams that have a software and/or hardware engineering component. • 5+ years leadership experience of co-located, remote, and nearshore/offshore teams. • 25% travel
