📋 Description

• Lead the Global PMO responsible for driving large-scale, cross-regional NPI programs • Manage and develop a team of program and project managers through coaching, training, development planning, and performance feedback • Promote consistency in project methodology, tools, and delivery excellence • Align resource planning with portfolio priorities, identify capacity constraints, and enable effective allocation • Partner with functional leaders to resolve staffing challenges and maximize team effectiveness • Identify and manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to build mitigation plans and escalate critical concerns • Oversee portfolio financials, budget targets, ROI expectations, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic investment planning • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams • Provide portfolio progress, challenge, and value-delivery updates to executive leadership • Analyze delivery trends and outcomes to drive process improvements and portfolio optimization • Evolve PMO tools, frameworks, and metrics to enhance effectiveness and maturity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years experience of program or project management experience supporting software, hardware, or digital product/engineering initiatives • 5+ years of experience leading and managing geographically distributed teams, including onsite, remote, and offshore resources • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% • Experience with Lean, Waterfall, New Product development • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Project management certification (PMP) a plus • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where not all processes and procedures are clearly defined • Agility to change directions quickly as needed • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple global teams and building consensus • Experience establishing and analyzing metrics and key performance indicators to manage the business • Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and develop and drive appropriate solutions • Proven experience managing large scale enterprise projects • Experience driving overall strategy and teams across organizations
