📋 Description

• Manage the design and engineering process on assigned projects • Refine schedules, scopes of work, and budgets with the project team • Lead design review meetings and charrettes • Create and refine competitive Technical Solutions and controls based Energy Conservation Measures • Complete site investigations, data collection, preparation of conceptual design documents • Support project pricing effort in partnership with NORESCO Construction department • Support project team during construction, commissioning, and performance phases to resolve design issues • Participate in the equipment evaluation and procurement process • Review customer interests, needs, and drivers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Design Controls Engineering experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Professional Engineer’s registration preferred • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred • High level communication, leadership, engineering, and project management skills • Strong sense of ownership • Advanced knowledge of control systems and engineering; design principles, technologies, energy optimization, utility rates, energy costs, applicable codes, design guides, and standards • Experience with engineering criteria for federal facilities • Eligible to obtain federal security clearance
