📋 Description

• Implement account management strategies. • Communicate with and influence internal and external customers and sales leaders regarding sales proposals and strategies. • Improve account management policies and processes by implementing innovative solutions. • Conduct Market analysis and identify key customer targets. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. • Oversee sales activities and resources within sales channels. • Collaborate with local Carrier Commercial Sales, Service, and Controls teams on sales strategies that improve Carrier’s competitive position. • Track project activity. • Providing technical and product training to key customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience with HVAC System Design or Applications • Ability to travel 25% of the time Domestically and Internationally in North America. • Must have a Valid Passport • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Accounting. • Professional Engineers License. • Data center design experience and central utility plant design experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
