• Supervise employees, including training, work assignment, performance monitoring, rewards, discipline, complaint handling, and problem resolution • Ensure CMS policies and procedures are followed and acquisition or service release project plans comply with executed servicing-transfer contracts • Monitor acquisition service-transfer activities and loan boarding for quality and timely processing • Coordinate with the current servicer to facilitate information transfer for continued loan servicing • Ensure compliance with current state and federal loan-servicing regulations • Supervise pipeline activities and loan onboarding to identify operational and training enhancements and coaching needs • Maintain appropriate control environments and reporting at individual and department levels • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal business partners • Partner with executive management on departmental policies and procedures • Establish and maintain departmental workflow with Managers • Develop training guidelines and implement quality and productivity improvements • Ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are defined and validated annually • Ensure excellent service to internal and external customers • Ensure staff follow established servicing best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Two (2) to four (4) years’ escrow and mortgage experience • Minimum of one (1) year prior loan boarding and acquisition experience • Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with data analytics and data mapping • Thorough knowledge of loan servicing best practices and loan transfers • Intermediate knowledge of FiServ/LoanServ, LenStar, New Invoice, and Equator • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to advise Senior Management on projects and act as principal spokesperson in the area of expertise • Ability to make decisions with significant impact on department credibility, operations, and services • Ability to organize and prioritize others’ work schedules long term • Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret complex statistical data and develop forecasts and computer models • Ability to compose detailed reports, work-related manuals, and limited-scope publications, and make presentations outside the immediate work area • Compliance with applicable US state and federal laws and regulations
