📋 Description

• Participate in planning meetings with the CAAS Accounting Manager to explain audit preparation and accounting services processes to clients and CAAS personnel • Manage the day-to-day accuracy of financial reporting and on-time processing of client information • Identify and delegate responsibilities to provide clients’ accounting personnel opportunities to contribute to the audit preparation process • Supervise and collaborate with team members to export trial balances, charts of accounts, general ledger details, subsidiary ledgers, and related documents from clients’ accounting systems • Ensure exported documents and reports are sufficient to complete engagements • Supervise and collaborate with team members to import electronic reports into software programs used to analyze account balances and general ledger transactions • Provide training to Accounting Specialists • Maintain contact with clients, client contacts, tax accountants, and other professional service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience • Prior audit preparation and bookkeeping or accounting service experience • Experience providing accounting services to multiple clients • Project management experience is a nice to have • Gaming/Casino Industry Experience is highly preferred • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
