📋 Description

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner school districts • Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team members • Support students and families with transition to community care providers • Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families • Meet and communicate regularly with school staff • Provide clinical supervision to MSW practicum interns and LCSW-track associate clinicians • Deliver cultural competency training to Cartwheel staff and providers supporting Nevada clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent Nevada LCSW license to deliver mental health care • Approved by the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers as a clinical supervisor • Minimum of three years of full-time clinical practice • Active LCSW license in good standing and no disciplinary restrictions • At least two years experience providing clinical supervision in the state • Member of a Native or tribal community, or demonstrated experience serving Native and/or tribal populations • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing • At least three years of full-time clinical practice delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth • Experience with GSuite, electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools • Access to reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to offer hours during and especially after school (e.g., 3-8 pm Pacific Time, Saturdays) • Ability to provide effective and safe care to children and adults, including ability to manage crisis situations virtually • Nevada residency strongly preferred • Fluency in other languages is extra credit (e.g., Spanish, Western Shoshone, or Paiute) • Experience working with immigrant populations, rural communities, and/or military families is extra credit • Experience with parent guidance is extra credit • Active NPI number is extra credit • CAQH credentialing set up is extra credit
