📋 Description

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner school districts • Provide care typically for 2-4 months per student, with extensions based on clinical need and clinician judgment • Participate in case discussions with other Cartwheel team members • Support students and families transitioning to community care providers • Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families • Meet regularly with school staff to discuss student mental health needs and develop strategies to improve school services • Provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified and interested

🎯 Requirements

• Active independent license in Wisconsin to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD) • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing • At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth • Experience using Zoom, GSuite, electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools • Access to reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) • Ability to offer hours during and especially after school, such as 3-8 pm Central Time and Saturdays • Ability to provide effective and safe care to children and adults, including managing crisis situations virtually • Passion for working with schools on mental health and growing a startup company • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills • Fluency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese (extra credit) • Experience with parent guidance (extra credit) • Qualified to provide clinical supervision in Wisconsin (extra credit) • Active NPI number (extra credit) • CAQH credentialing set up (extra credit) • Must provide acceptable documentation to verify identity and work authorization
