📋 Description

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff in partner school districts • Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team members • Support students and families transitioning to community care providers • Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families • Meet and communicate regularly with school staff • Help build a new collaborative mental health care model for West Virginia schools

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling • Active license in West Virginia to deliver mental health care (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing • Experience delivering care via telehealth • Strong technological skills and ability to learn new systems • Familiarity with G-Suite, electronic health record systems, and collaboration tools • Access to reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to offer hours during and especially after school, such as 3–8 pm Eastern Time • At least five years of post-licensure clinical experience working with children and youth via telehealth (extra credit) • Experience working in rural communities (extra credit) • Experience with parent guidance (extra credit) • Active NPI number (extra credit) • CAQH credentialing set up (extra credit) • E-Verify work authorization documentation
