• Plan, build and optimize performance campaigns on Google (focus: Google Ads), YouTube and Meta • Responsible for significant media budgets in the seven-figure range with focus on ROAS, CAC and growth targets • Use GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Conversion APIs for data-driven decisions • Design and evaluate A/B tests, creative experiments and funnel optimizations • Work closely with Growth, Design and Data teams to align paid channels with content and the customer journey • Clients in over 80 countries
• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, SEA or paid growth • Proven track record in budget management, increasing ROAS and funnel optimization • Confident user of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio • Technical understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion measurement • Analytical thinker with precise communication skills and an independent working style • Very good German and English skills
