β’ Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms. β’ Support proposal staffing efforts and candidate pipeline development for federal government opportunities. β’ Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements. β’ Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit. β’ Document interview findings and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers and leadership. β’ Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process. β’ Maintain applicant tracking records and support candidate pipeline management efforts. β’ Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and personnel file management. β’ Support employee engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal communications. β’ Maintain recruiting, employee, and workforce data within company systems. β’ Assist with workforce reporting, recruiting metrics, presentations, dashboards, and operational reporting. β’ Help develop and update job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, templates, and Human Resources documentation. β’ Conduct research related to recruiting strategies, workforce planning, compensation trends, and human capital initiatives. β’ Support compliance tracking, training record management, personnel documentation, and workforce readiness activities. β’ Assist leadership with special projects related to Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, and Business Administration. β’ Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Capital team and company leadership as needed. β’ Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
β’ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. β’ Comfortable conducting professional phone and video interviews with candidates. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. β’ Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and eager to learn. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
