📋 Description

• Ensure end-to-end system functionality across mobile applications, web portals, and backend APIs • Validate real-time communication features including call quality, stability, and performance • Design and execute test scenarios for network instability, packet loss, and reconnection flows • Perform functional testing across authentication, role-based access, dashboards, and API layers • Identify, document, and track edge cases affecting user experience and system reliability • Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage • Support regression testing for releases and hotfix deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in real-time systems, VoIP, or communication platforms • Strong experience in mobile (iOS/Android), web, and API testing • Solid understanding of real-time systems behavior (latency, jitter, packet loss, call drops) • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured • Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright (nice to have) • Familiarity with network simulation or performance testing tools is a strong advantage • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed engineering environments.
