The organization focuses on building clean transportation through initiatives across light-duty vehicles, buses, trucks, charging and fuel infrastructure, and innovative mobility. Its activities include technology development and demonstration, public policy and market acceleration, and providing data insights and analytics to support deployment of clean transportation at national and global scales.

📋 Description

• Support an organization-wide Salesforce centralization initiative following the acquisition of Forth • Bring Forth’s existing Salesforce data and processes into CALSTART’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment • Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, execution, and reconciliation • Configure and develop Membership Services and Business Development workflows using Salesforce automation, objects, permissions, reporting, and custom development • Partner with business stakeholders and the Platform/Technology team to understand processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and stabilization of the centralized Salesforce environment • Help ensure the solution is secure, maintainable, well-documented, and ready for long-term organizational use

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including designing and configuring solutions for nonprofit business processes • Experience across Salesforce administration and development, including Flow, automation, data modeling, permissions/security, reporting, integrations, and custom development • Experience planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation • Experience designing Salesforce solutions for membership, fundraising/philanthropy, constituent or relationship management, and business development strongly preferred • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Nonprofit Cloud credentials preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce architecture and implementation best practices • Builder’s mindset with a designer’s perspective • Ownership and curiosity, with ability to identify gaps and drive work forward • Creative problem-solving balanced with Salesforce best practices • Strong partnership and communication skills with business stakeholders • Consultative approach to configuration, data structure, automation, migration, and platform design
