• Shape CATF's approach to data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies • Partner with leaders and teams to identify challenges and translate organizational needs into practical, scalable solutions • Build and advance a prioritized portfolio of initiatives based on organizational value, feasibility, readiness, and measurable outcomes • Strengthen the use of metrics, reporting, and insights for planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement • Develop recommendations and governance approaches for ethical, secure, and effective use of AI and organizational data • Drive adoption through communications, training, facilitation, and engagement strategies • Build staff capability, promote knowledge sharing, and foster experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement • Collaborate across programs, advocacy, communications, development, finance, operations, People, and Information Technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience • 4+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, AI, data strategy, management consulting, or a related field • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, process improvement, organizational change, or data-driven decision making • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving business needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Experience influencing decisions and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language • Experience working in a nonprofit, mission-driven, research, advocacy, or philanthropic organization • Experience evaluating or implementing AI, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives • Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools • Exposure to data governance, responsible AI, privacy, or knowledge management practices • Knowledge of climate, energy, environmental, or public policy issues • Experience working in globally distributed organizations • Must be authorized to work in the country in which employed
