📋 Description

• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team and embed within a core business area: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee
