📋 Description

• Conduct structured discovery sessions to map workflows, identify manual or repetitive processes, and find AI opportunities. • Build and maintain a prioritized opportunity backlog with business cases and effort estimates. • Build relationships across operations, finance, product, support, and other functions. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather requirements and align success criteria. • Translate business requirements into scoped technical designs. • Build and integrate AI-assisted solutions using existing platforms, APIs, and tools. • Own solutions from design through deployment and handoff. • Redesign processes, document workflows, and support effective adoption of changes. • Track and report efficiency gains after implementation. • Communicate technical work, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to leadership. • Create AI guidance, playbooks, and lightweight training. • Ensure responsible deployment with attention to data privacy, access controls, auditability, and company policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or software development role with a track record of delivering measurable business improvements. • Demonstrated experience conducting process assessments or workflow analysis across business functions — identifying inefficiencies and owning the improvement roadmap. • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discovery, and communicate technical solutions clearly. • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience. • Proficient in one or more general-purpose languages (Python preferred; Java, JavaScript, or similar also valued). • Comfortable building integrations, automating workflows, and working within existing software systems. • Experience integrating AI-assisted capabilities into business workflows using available APIs and platforms; ML model development not required. • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including managed services, API connectivity, and basic DevOps practices. • Comfortable working with structured data, SQL queries, and business reporting tools. • Exceptional communication skills, including discovery sessions, clear documentation, and executive presentations. • Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to drive actionable outcomes. • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and coordinate across offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams. • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and practical judgment about their business value.
