📋 Description

• Investigate workers compensation claims • Evaluate workers compensation claims • Negotiate and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients • Take statements, pay lost wage benefits, file state forms, deny claims, handle subrogation, and support litigation • Communicate with CEOs, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys • Handle claims across multiple jurisdictions • Work independently and in a team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous workers compensation adjusting experience required • Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster • License/state experience • Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software • Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital for success
