📋 Description

• Create impactful AI applications across the organization • Work with service lines to design and deploy process-specific agents • Support AI training and change management initiatives • Contribute to AI go-to-market initiatives • Identify, evaluate, and prototype or build high-value AI prompts, skills, or agents with key stakeholders • Design and deliver AI training sessions and enablement materials for team members and external clients • Collect feedback on platforms, applications, training, and enablement materials • Monitor engagement and business outcome KPIs to influence product and program roadmaps • Maintain current knowledge of AI model performance, context engineering, industry trends, and application limitations • Foster a collaborative, consultative, and customer-focused culture internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent required • 1 year related experience • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines • Ability to document daily activities and system functions • Able to work in team environment • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization both internally and externally • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Taxation, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field preferred • 1–3 years of experience in solutions engineering or consulting, enablement, training, or AI/enterprise software roles preferred • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including creating, refining, and evaluating prompts/context, and agentic orchestration such as MCP preferred • Experience identifying, validating, prototyping, or building high-value AI prompts, skills, or agents preferred • Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement materials on technical topics preferred • Strong technical and business acumen preferred • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills preferred • Effective project management skills preferred • Experience driving technology adoption and change preferred • Willingness to travel up to 10–15% preferred
