📋 Description

• Support delivery of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technology services for CBIZ Technology clients • Partner with clients and internal teams to identify business opportunities, assess AI readiness, develop practical AI solutions, and support implementation initiatives • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, aligning solutions with business objectives, governance requirements, operational realities, and organizational readiness • Design, build, and maintain practical client-relevant AI demonstration solutions • Develop functioning business applications and proof-of-concept solutions combining AI, advanced data analytics, intelligent automation, agentic development, and application development • Create AI-enabled solution prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components • Combine generative AI, agentic workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, robotic process automation, APIs, and custom applications • Evaluate and apply Microsoft AI technologies, Azure services, Power Platform, automation platforms, and related frameworks • Equip sales and consulting teams with demonstration assets, talk tracks, solution overviews, technical explanations, and client-ready examples • Support client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations • Monitor emerging technology trends and conduct hands-on experimentation • Document technical patterns, limitations, implementation requirements, and recommended use cases • Contribute to methodologies, solution playbooks, demo libraries, accelerators, and internal enablement materials • Support proposal development, solution positioning, pre-sales activities, and transition of demonstrations into client delivery approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 3 years of relevant work experience • Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise • Must have and preserve required licenses • Must possess analytical skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs • Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, or business process improvement initiatives • Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric, or related platforms • Experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, data management, or security concepts • Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing environments • Understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles
