📋 Description

• Deliver proofs of concept demonstrating the potential and value of Generative AI solutions • Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning and apply them to real-world business challenges • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members • Present and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing engagements • Apply consulting principles to deliver tailored AI solutions aligned with customer needs • Collaborate with internal teams and pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to address business challenges using Generative AI • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on assigned engagements • Lead multidisciplinary teams to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions in production environments • Design and deliver bespoke AI solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences customers, from use case discovery and proof of concept through scalable production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive domain experience in Life Sciences • Strong experience managing complex client projects, preferably in Life Sciences R&D • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI architectures, including Generative AI, foundation models, and agentic AI • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • A strong desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented culture • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a closely related field is preferred • Experience with Python and LangChain/LangGraph is preferred • Experience deploying machine learning models at scale on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred • Experience with Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Direct Preference Optimization (DPO), Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO), and Reward Modeling is a plus
