📋 Description

• Build internal AI platforms, custom copilots, prompt libraries, and AI-agent toolkits for specific company workflows • Partner with non-technical teams to identify repetitive work and prototype rapid, AI-powered solutions • Establish security guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and system guardrails for safe AI deployment at scale • Improve AI literacy in partnership with HR and promote AI adoption across the enterprise • Coordinate across IT, Security, Engineering, and non-technical teams to enable AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • 2+ years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement • 4 years of technical program management experience • Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or supporting generative AI productivity suites such as Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot across corporate environments • Hands-on experience integrating with frontier LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems • Strong software development fundamentals with proficiency in languages such as Python and C++ • Ability to design with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connect AI systems to internal legacy databases and web APIs • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Experience building dashboard telemetry using APIs and tools such as Sheets, SQL, Looker, or similar BI tools • Experience tracking API utilization, software licensing, or operational costs • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex technical tools to non-technical users • Ability to coordinate across IT, Security, and Engineering • Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows • Can-do attitude and curiosity to learn
