📋 Description

• Receive specific problems from live Roblox games • Investigate why problems exist • Generate potential solutions using AI, research, and judgment • Analyze CTR, thumbnails, icons, retention, monetisation, progression, UX, gameplay, and other game areas • Study competitors and wider Roblox platform behaviour • Generate and evaluate large numbers of ideas • Eliminate weak ideas and continue investigating beyond obvious answers • Present strongest solutions clearly • Learn from the Creative Director’s decision-making and intuition • Track implemented ideas and study post-implementation outcomes • Improve judgment based on actual results • Challenge assumptions as judgment develops • Teach future Frackers after demonstrating consistently strong performance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Roblox native, with a genuine understanding of the Roblox platform, players, culture, and game design • Understanding of discovery, CTR, retention, progression, monetisation, social systems, and Roblox player behaviour • Experience as a Roblox developer, game designer, product-minded Roblox creator, LiveOps designer, Roblox analyst, growth-minded developer, or experienced Roblox creator is relevant • Extremely curious and able to attack problems from multiple directions • Able to use AI as a thinking multiplier • Able to generate many ideas and ruthlessly discard weak ones • Cares about measurable outcomes and whether ideas actually work • Comfortable with direct feedback, repeated rejection, and being wrong • Able to work without a predefined checklist or exact instructions • Must have seriously used AI • Application must describe Roblox experience, Roblox games understood and why, AI tools and usage, and an underperforming aspect of a successful Roblox game with proposed improvements
