📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve productivity and business processes through AI-enabled solutions • Support AI adoption initiatives across business functions and departments • Facilitate workshops, office hours, and working sessions focused on AI use cases and best practices • Develop enablement materials including knowledge articles, playbooks, prompt libraries, user guides, and training content • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and business users on practical AI applications • Gather feedback and measure adoption, engagement, and business impact • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions • Promote responsible AI practices, governance standards, and security awareness • Support organizational change efforts related to emerging technologies and digital transformation • Contribute to client-facing presentations, recommendations, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm • Experience in technical product management • Experience managing teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile environment • Experience delivering AI-driven solutions, including recommending and implementing appropriate AI technologies • Experience driving AI adoption and AI enablement • Hands-on experience using enterprise generative AI tools and platforms • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience developing documentation, training materials, and user-facing content • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, security, and enterprise risk considerations • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Experience with Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms • Preferred: Experience supporting AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives • Preferred: Consulting experience within large enterprise organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, and AI adoption programs
